Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – School-Based
Phoenix, AZ | Full-Time | Onsite
We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support students with developmental disabilities and dual diagnoses in a school-based setting. This role works under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to promote student independence, functional skills, and participation across the school day.
Responsibilities- Provide individual and group occupational therapy services
- Support sensory processing, fine motor, and adaptive skill development
- Assist with student evaluations, treatment plans, and progress documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families
- Support IEP implementation and multidisciplinary team participation
- Associate degree from an accredited COTA program
- Eligible for or holding Arizona COTA licensure
- NBCOT (AOTCB) eligibility
- Fingerprint clearance/background check

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
