Production Associate
Adecco Staffing is working with a growing distribution company in Auburn, MA to bring on Warehouse Pick/Ship Associates on a temp-to-hire basis. This company offers a team-oriented work environment, hands-on training, and long-term growth opportunities.
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Pay: $19.00/hourLocation: Auburn, MA
Job Duties:- Assist with shipping and receiving operations, including unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Process requests and supply orders by pulling materials and staging products for delivery
- Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, and bins according to warehouse standards
- Open boxes, crates, and containers and organize inventory
- Maintain inventory accuracy by recording materials received and distributed through warehouse systems
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Prepare parcels and packages for shipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear required safety equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1–2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Basic computer and data entry skills preferred
- Ability to accurately track inventory and complete warehouse documentation
- Dependable, reliable, and able to work independently
- Ability to lift and move 10–50 lbs regularly and heavier items when needed
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift

Pay Details: $19.00 to $18.00 per hour
