Resort Cook

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Food Prep Cook who is passionate about high-quality ingredients, refined presentation, and delivering an exceptional guest dining experience. This role supports our fine dining outlets, banquets, and special events by ensuring consistent preparation and execution of elevated coastal cuisine.

education: High School

• Cook menu items using proper techniques such as grilling, sautéing, frying, baking, and roasting
• Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines in compliance with local health regulations
• Monitor food temperatures and ensure proper storage to prevent spoilage and contamination

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• manual lifting up to 25lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working weekends

• Food Prep (1 year of experience is preferred)
• Multi-tasking
• Food Safety and Sanitation
• Basic Cooking skills
