Public Health Nurse (PHN) – Fairfax, VA
The Public Health Nurse promotes community health through disease prevention, health education, and direct care. With a compassionate, community-centered approach, this role partners with healthcare providers and public agencies to support the physical and mental well-being of community residents and improve access to essential health services.
Qualifications- Active RN license in Virginia
- 2+ years of public health experience preferred
- Knowledge of public health standards and best practices
- Current CPR (if applicable)
- TB screening and health clearance as required
- Must meet federal, state, and local requirements
- 18 years or older
