Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:In this role, you’ll support clients through ongoing therapy using a secure virtual platform. The focus is on steady client engagement, accurate clinical evaluation, and helping individuals manage emotional and behavioral challenges. With a Monday–Friday schedule, this position offers clarity and routine in your workweek.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate virtual therapy sessions for assigned clients
- Perform assessments and establish treatment goals
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain detailed and compliant documentation
- Active Pennsylvania LCSW license
- MSW from an accredited program
- Clinical experience in mental health settings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with telehealth systems
- 2 weeks PTO
