Maintenance Technician
The position requires practical experience with machine programs, process monitoring, and quality standards in an industrial setting. The successful candidate will work with equipment, production processes, and compliance requirements, including HR regulations, data protection laws, and health, safety, and environmental requirements.
This is a hands-on role for a technically experienced professional with a strong focus on efficiency optimization and problem-solving in a production line environment.
Requirements- 3-5 years of experience is required for this maintenance-focused production role.
- Carry out machine and plant operations in accordance with established procedures and work instructions.
- Administer maintenance, servicing, and repairs on machines and equipment to support long-term production stability.
- Correct machine programs after identifying problems to improve functionality and operational performance.
- Support compliance with quality standards, HR regulations, data protection laws, and HSE requirements.
- Maintain efficiency improvements by solving process bottlenecks and implementing targeted solutions.
- Coordinate repair activities and production line support to minimize disruption in operations.
- Experience with efficiency optimization in a production or manufacturing environment is required.
- Strong machine operation skills are necessary for day-to-day plant support.
- Equipment maintenance knowledge is needed to support servicing and repairs.
- Ability to perform program correction after identifying machine-related issues is essential.
- Understanding of quality control and compliance standards is required.
- Knowledge of HSE compliance and process monitoring is important in this role.
Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
