Job Description- Provide advanced technical support for field technicians and customers.
- Troubleshoot complex power system and UPS-related issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and operating procedures.
- Support product quality initiatives and root cause investigations.
- Deliver technical training for technicians and end users.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams to resolve technical challenges.

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in power systems, UPS, or electrical engineering.
- Expertise in power electronics, SCRs, IGBTs, and control systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.
- Experience with PLCs, ladder logic, and technical training.
- Ability to travel as needed with a valid driver's license and passport.
