Content Implementation & Product Specialist

Lastmile is looking for a full-time Content Implementation & Product Specialist to support our operations and product teams with day-to-day content implementation, page buildouts, onboarding documentation, and client-specific product execution.

This is a cross-functional role for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working across teams, and looking for a path of progression into product management.

What You’ll Do

Product & Implementation Support
  • Maintain and organize client-specific documentation, including:
  • Website structure (information architecture)
  • How data moves in and out of the Lastmile platform
  • Maintain analytics setup documentation, including workflows related to:
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Google Analytics 4
  • Search Console
  • Support rollout and implementation of new product features and use case application for clients
  • Assist with QA testing during setup and launch processes
  • Support client or partner issues that require deep knowledge of Lastmile systems and integrations
Operations & Content Execution
  • Support the Account team with day-to-day content implementation and management tasks
  • Update page content and organize documentation related to image specs across clients
  • Assist A/B test creation and management
  • Help identify and support new client use cases within the platform
  • Support page buildouts for new client launches and additional page types

This role sits at the intersection of content implementation, strategy, and operational problem-solving. You’ll help ensure new clients launch successfully, existing clients are supported effectively, and internal teams have the documentation and implementation support they need to move quickly and effectively.

Requirements
  • Work Authorization: This role requires physical residency in the US; we are unable to provide visa sponsorship or support remote work from outside the country.
  • Minimum 2-3 years work experience in a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage documentation across multiple clients, systems, and workflows
  • Comfort working in both strategic and execution-oriented tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable speaking with clients
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and think through process edge cases
Nice to Have
  • Experience with digital content implementation or content operations
  • Familiarity with analytics and tag management tools such as GTM, GA4, and Search Console
  • Experience with QA, implementation support, or onboarding workflows in a SaaS or tech environment
  • Exposure to data mapping, data flows, or integration documentation
  • Experience supporting A/B testing or structured experimentation workflows
  • Familiarity with tools such as Parabola or similar automation / workflow tools
