Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Fort Worth, TX, 76106. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing a variety of maintenance tasks.If you are a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping things running efficiently, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
- Assist in the setup and teardown of equipment for events and activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance facility operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Salary info:
$27 - $35 / hr
