Job Title: B2B Customer Service & Order Management Specialist (SAP Required) Location: Houston, TX 77084 (100% onsite) Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a proven background in B2B order management? We are looking for a specialist to own the entire Order to Cash lifecycle, ensuring our customers' orders are processed flawlessly from entry to invoicing. This is a critical role that requires accuracy, process adherence, and excellent coordination skills within a high-volume environment. What You'll Be Doing:

  • End-to-End Order Management: Handle the complete customer order process (Order to Cash), from the moment an order comes in (via email/shared inbox) until it is successfully shipped and billed.
  • SAP Data Entry & Integrity: Accurately enter and manage all order details in SAP, including double-checking pricing, customer information, and inventory availability. Proficiency in SAP is a must-have skill.
  • Fulfillment & Logistics Coordination: Verify order fulfill-ability (inventory and credit checks) and work closely with internal teams (Logistics, Sales, and Production) to ensure timely shipment.
  • Customer Communication: Confirm orders to customers, handle inquiries like "Where’s my order?", and manage changes, delays, or issues professionally.
  • Invoicing & Issue Resolution: Ensure correct invoicing, and manage post-sale issues such as complaints, returns, or credits.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven experience in order entry, order management, or a similar B2B Customer Service role.
  • Technical Skills: Must be comfortable and proficient in using SAP. Familiarity with Excel/Microsoft Office is also required.
  • Competencies:
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work and multiple orders/issues simultaneously.
  • Focus on accuracy (pricing, orders, invoices).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a very process-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the "Order To Cash" (OTC) cycle for all assigned orders, ensuring optimal customer service and compliance with all laws, regulations, and company procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service by building and maintaining effective internal and external relationships.
  • Ensure the use of established processes, best practices, and effective process controls to maintain adherence to service levels.
  • Help achieve key operational KPIs (e.g., order confirmation time, first-time right, touches per order).
  • Interface and collaborate with Business/Business Lines, Sales, Logistics, Planning, Controlling, and Production teams.
