Job Description- Manage multiple vertical construction projects from pre‑construction through close‑out
- Own project scheduling, budgeting, cost controls, and financial reporting
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, inspectors, and internal field teams
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, contract documents, and project milestones
- Lead project meetings and serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders
- Support quality control and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle
- Contribute to long‑term client relationships and repeat public work

The Successful Applicant- 5+ years in a true Project Manager role (10+ years strongly preferred)
- Strong tenure with reputable general contractors or construction managers
- Proven experience managing multiple projects valued between $20M-$60M+
- Background in public and institutional vertical construction, including:
- K‑12 schools (public and private)
- Higher education
- Municipal/community facilities (fire stations, police stations, libraries)
- Government and healthcare projects
- Experience specifically within Rhode Island strongly preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 certifications
- Experience with P6, JD Edwards, Textura, and/or BIM 360 Field is a plus
- Must be locally based in Rhode Island and committed to building a long‑term regional presence
