Maintenance Technician
A minimum of 3 years of electrical and mechanical experience will be required.
salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per yearshift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities- Perform daily machine change overs, as required by production.
- Fabricate, modify, build and re-build machinery and equipment parts and molds to ensure proper and efficient operation.
- Operate small equipment (forklifts and man lifts).
- Inventory assistnace.
- Work with Engineering on machinery and equipment issues.
- Perform and document machine and equipment Preventive Maintenance.
- Perform electrical, plumbing and facility maintenance, as required.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment.
- Interpret schematics and equipment manuals.
- Repairing building structures which may include minor construction projects.
- Determine functionality of parts by inspection using test equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical controls, mechanical and pneumatic components and systems.
