Senior Project Manager with Security Clearance

• The contractor shall implement structured reporting mechanisms, risk mitigation strategies, and ongoing program assessments to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
• The contractor shall submit the Program Execution & Performance Report, summarizing program activities, risks, and strategic adjustments. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or a related field, OR ten (10) years of equivalent experience in managing large-scale DoD programs.
• An active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility based on a Tier 5 background investigation completed within the past five (5) years at time of the proposal submission.
• Knowledge and capability to oversee contract execution, stakeholder coordination, and strategic alignment across all Work Orders.
• Proficient in program governance, risk management, budget oversight, and performance monitoring.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to engage with senior DoD and interagency stakeholders effectively.
• Demonstrated experience in program lifecycle management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and compliance with DoD acquisition and governance frameworks.
• Experience with interagency coordination, DoD contract execution, and performance evaluation is required.
• PMP certified.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Lean Six, DAWIA Level III in Program Management, or PgMP Additional Information Working Conditions * Normal office conditions.
