Job Description
  • Manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project alignment with objectives.
  • Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Monitor project progress and address any challenges to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards on all project sites.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to achieve cost-effective solutions.
