Job Description & Requirements- Specialty: Clinical Nurse Coordinator

Assists the director in monitoring and evaluating staff performance based on established standards of care.
- Assists staff in applying the nursing process in the management of patients with complex needs
- Assists in identifying educational needs of the unit staff and works collaboratively with Professional Practice Department.
- Anticipates and solves patient clinical and customer service needs while addressing long term solutions.
- Facilitates communication and collaboration with co-workers, other disciplines, and other departments in identifying customer service needs.
- Coordinates unit based staffing assignments on a shift basis to achieve high quality and cost effective care.
- Performs related duties as required
- Required:
- Education: Associates Degree in Nursing
- Experience: 3-5 years of Emergency Department Nursing experience
- Licensure/Certification: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Preferred:
- Education: BSN referred
