Minimum Requirements- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
- Active New York State COTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
- Proficiency with standard ADL/IADL evaluations, therapeutic activity planning, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
- Ability to follow a supervising Occupational Therapist plan of care and to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
