- Occupational Therapist License for GA or Compact as applicable
- Applicable recent experience in this work setting
- Commitment to quality care and adherence to legal and client protocols
- Certifications: AHA BLS
- Equipment/Procedures: One Chart - Cerner, Acute Care OT department, ICU
- Experience: 15 years
- Local Restrictions: Local only
