Overview: Seeking a Computer Deployment Lead to ensure all technology is seamlessly migrated, tracked, and maintained through stabilization. This role bridges the gap between technical execution and project management, requiring a detail-oriented leader who is as comfortable with a screwdriver as they are with complex data management.

Duration: June to September 2026
Duties and responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Supervise technicians in the breakdown, transport, and setup of workstations, VoIP phones, and AV hardware from one school to another
Data Integrity: Manage and audit complex spreadsheets to track hundreds of assets, ensuring real-time accuracy of equipment locations and deployment status.
Quality Assurance: Perform audits of all hardware and software installations to ensure they meet district-mandated standards.
Logistics Coordination: Act as the primary on-site liaison for the project team and school staff; manage task delegation to meet relocation deadlines.
Progress Reporting: Document daily milestones and provide technical escalations to the IT Project Manager.
Requirements and qualifications:
Advanced Data Management: High-level competency in maintaining spreadsheets with large data sets; must be comfortable with data entry and auditing.
Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead a technical team, manage workflow logistics, and maintain morale during high-pressure moves.
Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of PC/Apple/Chrome hardware, document cameras, and projectors.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills for addressing staff questions/concerns and coordinating with leadership.

Physical & Travel: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and provide own reliable transportation between campus sites.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
