We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Charger Water Treatment Products, Odessa, Florida. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers, nurturing existing leads, and closing sales.

Charger Water Treatment Products is a leading provider of water treatment solutions for residential and commercial applications. Our products are known for their high quality and reliability, and are used by water treatment dealers, plumbing contractors, well drillers, and institutional accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer Phones, write sales orders, help customers
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest in our water treatment products
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Monday - Friday Fulltime
- Water Treatment knowledge is a PLUS
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Proficient in using CRM software to manage customer interactions
- $18/hour + 1% commission on every order you write
- New hire bonus that accrues to $1000 at the end of your first year
