English Only$17.00 per hour starting pay
$18.00 per hour after Year 1
$18.50 per hour after Year 2
Bilingual (Spanish/English)$18.00 per hour starting pay
$19.00 per hour after Year 1
$19.50 per hour after Year 2
Bonus Opportunity -After converting to a permanent employee, you'll have the opportunity to earn an additional $350 per month by meeting established performance metrics.

Training is designed to help you succeed.
Duration: 8 Weeks
Schedule: Monday through Friday
8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Attendance throughout training is required.

Monday through Friday -Between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
Includes: Two paid 15-minute breaks
One unpaid 30-minute lunch

As a Customer Service Advocate, you'll support members enrolled in a complex health insurance program by: Listening with patience and empathy
Researching customer concernsExplaining healthcare benefits and coverage
Resolving issues accurately and completely
Documenting customer interactions
Navigating multiple computer systems while speaking with callers
Delivering exceptional service on every interaction

Research customer accounts and provide accurate information
Follow client procedures, call guides, and compliance requirements

QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED
Previous customer service, call center, healthcare, or customer support experience preferred
Strong active listening skills
Excellent verbal communication
Ability to multitask across multiple software applications
Strong computer skills
Reliable high-speed internet
Comfortable working independently from home
Excellent attendance and punctuality
Physical RequirementsProlonged sitting while working at a computer
Extended telephone communication using a headset
Frequent keyboard and mouse use
