Position Overview: We are looking for a reliable, and hardworking site supervisor to join our
team at Giles Cleaning Services!
Job Description: In this position you will be responsible for:
1. Overseeing Cleaning Technicians and making sure all work is done and meets company
standards
2. Ensuring all personnel and Cleaning Technicians comply with company standards
3. Assisting the Owner/Co-owner with scheduling
4. Coordinate and schedule labor, equipment, and materials to meet project deadlines
5. Resolve any conflicts between cleaning technicians and clients
6. Train and mentor cleaning technicians on the everyday operations of the business as well
as inform them of the policies and procedures
7. Ensure all policies and procedures are followed to the best of your ability
8. Collaborate with the owner and/or HR coordinator for any supplies that will be needed
Job Requirements:
1. Valid Driver's License (Required)
2. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent Time- management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
5. Flexible to work in different shifts and environments
6. Knowledge of safety and regulatory
7. Excellent Leadership skills
