Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction

About Our Client

A growing and well-respected general contractor with a strong pipeline of commercial, light industrial, and multifamily projects, known for developing talent and promoting from within.

• Support Project Managers in overseeing projects from preconstruction through close-out
• Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and document control
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Help manage project schedules and ensure timely delivery
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Maintain clear project documentation and reporting
• Assist with client communication and stakeholder coordination

• 2-5 years of experience in construction project engineering or #APM roles
• Background in Commercial, LightIndustrial, OR Multifamily construction
• Stable work history (good tenure) is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools is a plus
