The Role
The Warehouse Team Member at Found Rental Co. is a critical part of our operations engine. This role is responsible for pulling, prepping, packing, and protecting rental inventory to ensure every order leaves the warehouse accurately, safely, and in pristine condition.
This role is ideal for a dependable, detail-driven team player who takes pride in organization, quality control, and doing things the right way. Warehouse Team Members help ensure flawless event execution by building strong order foundations inside the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Warehouse Operations & Order Execution- Execute daily warehouse operations and assigned department tasks
- Pick, pull, pack, and stage rental orders accurately
- Follow all ready-to-rent, material handling, and protection procedures
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed
- Inspect inventory for cleanliness, damage, and quality standards
- Identify and report items in need of repair or cleaning to Warehouse Leads
- Protect inventory during pulling, staging, and transport
- Support inventory audits and organization projects
- Conduct 6S audits to maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Keep aisles, exits, and loading zones clear at all times
- Follow all safety protocols and proper equipment usage
- Adhere to California labor laws regarding meal and rest breaks
- Maintain open communication with Warehouse Leads and Supervisors
- Assist with delivery and pickup duties as assigned
- Support other departments as needed to meet fulfillment goals
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift

Pay Range: $20-23 per hour
