💼 Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Pharmacy Supervisor, you will:
- Provide leadership and oversight to pharmacy staff and daily operations
- Support medication safety, compliance, and quality initiatives
- Assist with workflow management and departmental efficiency
- Serve as a resource for pharmacists and clinical staff
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational standards
- Participate in process improvement and operational planning
- Support pharmacy services that contribute to optimal patient outcomes
✅ Minimum Qualifications
Education- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy
- Current Illinois Pharmacist License in good standing
- PGY1 or PGY2 Residency Required
- Minimum three (3) years of recent inpatient hospital or institutional pharmacy experience
- Minimum one (1) year of supervisory or management experience within the past year
- Previous outpatient pharmacy supervisory experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of pharmacy resources, references, and clinical best practices
