Compliance Manager

We are seeking a Compliance Manager to join the Legal & Compliance team of a highly regarded private investment firm. This is a broad, business-facing role with meaningful ownership across the compliance program and regular exposure to senior leadership and teams across Investor Relations, Finance, IT, and Investments.
The role is ideal for someone with investment management compliance experience who wants more ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to help improve and scale a sophisticated compliance function.

- Compliance experience within financial services
- Private fund adviser, private equity, credit, or alternatives experience strongly preferred
- Experience with compliance testing and marketing review
- Familiarity with Form ADV, Form PF, and Code of Ethics administration
- Strong judgment, communication, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and across teams
- Practical, process-oriented mindset with strong issue-spotting skills
