Project Manager

• Manage and troubleshoot operational issues related to offline return business.
• Provide account support through effective communication with retailers via calls and emails.
• Conduct problem-solving activities to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with tech and sales teams to streamline processes and resolve challenges.
• Oversee return merchandise authorization and ensure compliance with company policies.

• 4 to 7 years of experience in project management or a related field, with a focus on administrative and operational tasks.
• A Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline is required.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools like Tableau and Matrix.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and proactively seek solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to foster a positive work environment.

• Experience with data analysis and dashboard creation in Excel.
• A collaborative attitude and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented culture.
