We’re hiring for a premier manufacturer in Chester County. It’s a stable, onsite role where you’d act as the key link between the factory and the customer—perfect for a self-starter with motivation and interest in growing in a company! The Role:

Manage quotes/orders in Salesforce.
Primary customer contact for shipping & status updates.
High-energy, collaborative environment.

salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Point of contact for information from factory to customer
Prepare quotations for manufacturers’ representatives for presentation to customers working with the Regional Manager
Provide follow-up customer service pertaining to manufacturing status of material, shipping and delivery.
Salesforce entry for all leads, orders and quotations
Write up orders specifically which includes obtaining product detail information from customers and Regional Manager
