Adecco is currently hiring for Mailroom & Office Support Specialist jobs with a local customer in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, sort, and distribute incoming mail across departments, ensuring accuracy and organization
  • Deliver mail and packages throughout the office and manage internal distribution
  • Scan and email documents for digital processing and handle outgoing mail, including domestic and international shipments
  • Manage packages (UPS, FedEx), prepare postage, and handle payroll-related correspondence with confidentiality

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to work onsite in Austin, TX (Tuesday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to handle sensitive information professionally
  • Basic computer and administrative skills (scanning, emailing, faxing)
  • Ability to walk throughout the office and handle light lifting; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred (graduation date required on resume)

Pay Details: $21.57 per hour
