Precision Operations We are hiring high-aptitude professionals to manage the operational integrity of the world's most advanced semiconductor manufacturing site. We do not require a manufacturing background. We require the discipline, rule-adherence, and analytical precision found in banking and finance.

If you have spent your career managing complex transactions, auditing files, or processing insurance claims, you have the exact foundational skills needed to succeed in this environment.

Timeline and Requirements This is a paid training role with a fast-track conversion path. After 6 to 9 months of successful performance, you will have the opportunity to convert to a permanent employee with the industry leader in semiconductor manufacturing.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Operational Execution: Support production through Inline roles (direct flow management) or Offline roles (logistics and administrative coordination).
  • Data Integrity: Reconcile inventory and production logs using Advanced Excel. You will identify and resolve data discrepancies with 100 percent accuracy.
  • Compliance Auditing: Complete rigorous spot checks on production workflows to ensure absolute adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Technical Qualifications
  • Advanced Excel Ability: Professional experience with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs is required.
  • Computer Proficiency: Ability to master complex, proprietary management software quickly.
  • Systematic Mindset: A proven track record of working within highly regulated environments where documentation is critical.

Mandatory Assessment and Hiring Process We move fast. To be considered for the June 8 start date, you must complete a 45 minute, 5 section skills assessment immediately after applying.

Assessment Sections:

Basic Math: Calculator use is permitted.
Typing Speed: Minimum of 35 WPM required.
Excel Proficiency: Data manipulation and formula testing.
Critical Thinking: Logical problem solving.
Virtual Interview: Recorded responses to background and situational questions.

Final Contingency: Candidates who pass the assessment must successfully complete a comprehensive background check and drug screen to receive an offer.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Coordination: Managing the "queue" of work to ensure no delays in processing.
  • Inventory Tracking: Using your Excel skills to monitor high-value components (assets) as they move through the system.
  • Workflow Monitoring: Identifying "bottlenecks" in the process and communicating with the team to re-route resources, much like managing a high volume of insurance claims during peak season.
