Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Milford, NH to bring on Mechanical Assemblers! This is a full-time, long-term opportunity on 1st shift with consistent hours and a great team environment.
Position: Mechanical AssemblerPay Range: $18–$19/HR
Location: Milford, NH
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Job Description
We are looking for Mechanical Assemblers to perform hands-on assembly of both small and large components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves working with precision parts, following detailed instructions, and ensuring high-quality finished products.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble mechanical components using hand and power tools
- Follow blueprints, work instructions, and bills of materials
- Perform rework, adjustments, and inspections as needed
- Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Operate fixtures, pneumatic tools, and manual presses
- Verify proper function and quality of assembled products
- Work efficiently to meet production timelines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–3 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Basic computer skills required
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Ability to lift 20–50 lbs occasionally, 10–25 lbs frequently
- Standing and/or sitting for up to 8 hours per shift
- Strong hand dexterity and visual attention to detail
- Comfortable working with tools, equipment, and industrial materials

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
