• Lead construction operations on a large ground-up multifamily project
• Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and financial reporting
• Coordinate owners, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams
• Drive project safety, quality, and schedule performance objectives

• 5-10+ years of project management experience in construction
• Ground-up multifamily or affordable housing experience preferred
• Proven ability to manage large project budgets and schedules
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with reputable general contractors or developers
