Job Description- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Control budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders
- Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Provide clear cost forecasting and progress reporting

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 5-10 years of project management experience with a GC
- Experience delivering healthcare, education, or industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and codes
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Clear communicator with strong leadership and decision-making skills
