Senior Director of SEO & Conversion Rate Optimization
We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Director of SEO & CRO to lead and evolve our organic growth an conversion optimization capabilities across a diverse client portfolio.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving measurable business outcomes; owning performance across SEO and CRO while shaping how these disciplines integrate with Paid Media, Analytics, UX, and Marketing Automation to deliver full-funnel growth.
You'll lead a team of experts, influence executive level client strategy, and play a key role in scaling both client revenue and agency capabilities.

What You'll Own
Strategic Leadership & Vision- Define and lead the SEO & CRO vision, ensuring alignment with broader digital marketing strategies and client business objectives
- Translate complex data into actionable, revenue-driving strategies across the full customer journey
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure organic, paid, UX and web development strategies are integrated and mutually reinforcing
- Anticipate industry shifts (AI in search, SERP evolution, personalization, experimentation frameworks) and position the agency ahead of the curve
- Serve as a senior strategic advisor to key clients-guiding SEO, CRO, and full-funnel digital strategies
- Identify and drive client growth opportunities through cross-sell and upsell initiatives
- Lead or support new business pitches, articulating differentiated SEO/CRO strategies tied to measurable outcomes. Ideally the candidate is proficient in speaking to full funnel, omnichannel strategy and impacts during these pitches
- Ensure delivery of clear, compelling performance narratives that connect data to business impact
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of SEO and CRO strategist, fostering high performance and continuous growth
- Build and develop future leaders, strengthening bench depth across the organization
- Establish clear performance expectations, KPIs, and career pathways
- Promote a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and accountability
- Own team performance across:
- Client outcomes (traffic, rankings, conversion rates, revenue impact)
- Delivery quality and consistency
- Resource allocation, utilization, and profitability
- Build, maintain and refine scalable processes for SEO and CRO execution, testing, and reporting
- Standardize best practices across:
- Technical SEO
- Emerging AEO tactics and KPIs
- Content strategy, optimization and scale where applicable
- Experimentation frameworks (A/B, multivariate testing)
- Conversion funnel optimization
- Partner closely with Paid Media, Analytics, UX, Development, and Account teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Align SEO and CRO strategies with creative, content, and technical execution
- Ensure seamless collaboration across teams to drive performance improvements
- Consistent organic traffic and conversion growth across a multi-client portfolio
