Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care (LTC)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Hours: 36 hours/week (3×12s)
Shifts: Days or Nights
Pay Package (Travel)- Taxable Rate: $25/hr
- Weekly Stipend: $1,246
- Weekly Gross: $2,146
- Overtime: $50/hr
- Provide direct patient care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing resident monitoring
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care
- Accurately document care, assessments, and changes in condition
- Support residents with ADLs, care planning, and patient/family education
- Active RN license (Iowa or Compact)
- Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to commit to a 13-week contract
- Reliable attendance, professionalism, and strong teamwork skills
