Supply Chain and Engineering– Global Capability Centers (GCC) Go-To-Market, Senior Manager / Associate Director
WHO WE ARE
We are Accenture Supply Chain and Engineering Reinvention Engine. We embed innovation, intelligence, and sustainability into the way the world designs, engineers, manufactures, and operates products. We enable engineering and manufacturing clients to reinvent engineering and manufacturing through digital technologies.
THE WORK
Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager / Associate Director to help shape and drive Supply Chain & Operations (SC&O) transformations enabled through Global Capability Centers (GCCs) across multiple industries, with a focus on digital engineering and manufacturing capability build-out.This leader will partner with senior client stakeholders and support Managing Directors in engaging C-suite executives to design, launch, scale, and evolve GCCs as strategic engines that deliver end-to-end supply chain, operations, and engineering capabilities—not simply cost-efficient delivery centers.
The role sits at the intersection of SC&O transformation, operating model design, talent strategy, and global delivery, helping clients unlock value by integrating GCCs into their broader supply chain and enterprise transformation agendas.
