**Exciting Opportunity for a Mammography Tech!**
**Job Description:**- Join a dynamic team in a state-of-the-art Breast Center environment!
- Work Schedule: Day 5x8-Hour shifts from 08:00 - 16:00
- Required Availability: Every other Saturday rotation from 8:00 - 12:00
- Patient Age Groups: Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics
- Daily Caseload: 30+ patients
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Mammography Tech
- Initial Qualifications:
- 40 hours of initial mammography training
- 25 mammography exams performed under supervision
- Minimum of 200 mammograms completed within the last 2 years
- Minimum of 15 CEUs in mammography within the last 3 years
- 8 hours of Digital Training
- 8 hours of 3D Mammography Training
- Required Certifications:
- BLS
- ARRT
- CRT
- State license (must be actual paper certificate/permit)
- Hologic and PACS experience
- Needle Localization experience
- Experience in Inpatient setting
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures
- Two Mammography rooms equipped for:
- 3-D Mammography
- Diagnostic Mammograms
- Digital Mammography
- Screening Mammograms
- Stereotactic Biopsy
- Call Requirement: Yes, every other Saturday rotation
- No travel experience required
- Local candidates are welcome!
- No floating between units will be required
