Job Description- Ensure the project stays on schedule
- Manage the project budget, tracking expenses and ensuring the project remains within financial limits.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors to ensure quality work.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
- Serve as the main point of contact, providing regular progress updates and addressing concerns.

The Successful Applicant- Proven experience managing multifamily construction projects, with a strong understanding of building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to ensure smooth project execution and overcome obstacles.
- Preferred background in residential or multifamily development
- Competitive base salary (110k-150k)
