Join BlueSprig’s Severe Behavior Center, where experienced clinical teams provide highly customized treatment for children presenting with complex and severe behaviors, including:
- Aggression

- Other high-risk behaviors
This specialized setting is built for clinicians who want to make a meaningful impact while working with increased staff-to-client ratios, advanced safety protocols, and strong clinical collaboration.
Compensation & Bonuses- Total Annual Compensation: $80,000 – $110,000
- Base Salary: $80,000-$92,000
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000+ (based on experience)
- Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000–$18,000 (paid monthly)

Qualifications:
