Job Description

Key Responsibilities

As Project Manager, you will report into senior construction leadership and play a critical role in delivering mechanical construction projects safely, profitably, and on schedule.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance of multiple mechanical construction projects
  • Coordinating field crews and subcontractors to meet client schedules and workload demands
  • Developing and managing project budgets, timelines, and quality control plans
  • Acting as the primary point of contact with General Contractors, engineers, and key stakeholders
  • Leading project meetings and representing the business professionally on site
  • Ensuring all work complies with company standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations

For the Project Manager role, we are seeking:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience managing and supervising construction projects
  • Proven ability to run multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong relationship‑building skills with clients, contractors, and internal teams
  • Excellent organization, time‑management, problem‑solving, and budgeting capabilities
  • Experience using construction project management software
  • A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and safety
