Administrative Assistant
Overview:
FWI is building a team to deliver professional and administrative support services for the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) in Washington, DC. As an Administrative Assistant II, you will be the operational backbone of your assigned CSOSA division — managing executive-level administrative support, coordinating office operations, conducting research, and preparing briefing charts and presentation materials, all while ensuring the office runs efficiently and communicates its mission effectively.

Work Schedule and Location:
On-Site: This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to executive staff with office management responsibilities
- Work independently on projects requiring research and preparation of briefing charts and other presentation materials
Qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
