Job Summary
This full-time remote LMFT role gives you the opportunity to provide therapy to clients in South Dakota through a secure telehealth platform. The work includes supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate conflict, emotional strain, communication concerns, and changing life circumstances.This is a practical, client-facing role with a consistent weekday schedule, strong annual pay, and full benefits.
- Location: South Dakota
- Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Deliver virtual therapy sessions for clients using a secure online platform
- Provide clinical support for couples, families, and individuals
- Assess client concerns and recommend appropriate treatment approaches
- Create, update, and manage treatment plans
- Maintain clear, professional, and compliant client documentation
- Track client progress over time and make clinical adjustments as needed
- Follow all LMFT licensing standards and telehealth regulations
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Active LMFT license in South Dakota
- Previous clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Comfortable providing care through a remote telehealth platform
- Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
