Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA or equivalent accrediting body.
- Current, active, and unencumbered Physical Therapist license for the state of assignment (OH) required to start the assignment.
- Current CPR/BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
- Home health experience preferred. Prior experience performing patient evaluations, developing and updating plans of care, and documenting patient progress is preferred.
- Experience supervising or collaborating with PTAs and home health aides preferred.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and required agency liability insurance for home visits.
- Proficiency with basic computer skills including email, electronic documentation, and online training platforms.
- Two to three years of physical therapy experience preferred. State-specific experience requirements may apply.
