Responsibilities- Preventive Maintenance: Execute PMs and repairs on critical equipment including chillers, compressors, pumps, and RO (Reverse Osmosis) systems.
- HVAC & Mechanical: Diagnose and repair HVAC/AC failures; manage rooftop mechanical units and LN2 (Liquid Nitrogen) vessels.
- General Trades: Perform electrical troubleshooting, plumbing/leak detection, carpentry, and general facility upkeep.
- Chemical Management: Oversee inventory, storage, and replenishment of chemicals and gases essential for wafer fabrication.
- Wastewater (AWN): Monitor and maintain Acid Waste Neutralization systems to ensure environmental compliance.
- Hazardous Materials: Coordinate the collection, documentation, and disposal of hazardous waste in line with OSHA and local regulations.
