Pharmacy Clerk

Type: Three month contract, possibility of an extensionShift: 1st shift – 8-hour shift starting between 8:00 AM–10:00 AM
Pay: $21 to $23.65/hr
Location: Columbia, MD 21046
Responsibilities:
- Bagging department technicians prepare finished prescriptions and perform light warehouse duties
- Sort baskets/carts of final reviewed medications by facility unit, location, and delivery time
- Scan medications pending delivery
- Prepare delivery manifests, packing slips, and supporting paperwork (MCRs, TSP notifications, etc.)
- Retrieve final reviewed medication baskets/carts from pharmacist final review stations (including STATs)
- Prep daily workflow including delivery totes and labels
- Check racks/bins before each delivery for missing medications
- Scan manifests into system for delivery confirmation
- Assist pharmacy floor operations during downtime
- Follow all applicable regulations including HIPAA
- Maintain safety, attendance, and dress code compliance
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 0–6 months work experience
- Ability to maintain moderate work pace
- Strong English reading and communication skills
- No pharmacy license required
- Pharmacy or warehouse experience preferred (not required)

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.65 per hour
