- Operate in a number of industries including academic, corporate, science & technology, and healthcare
- 90% of their work is repeat business
- Bread and butter are projects around $15M but have recently been taking on larger scale projects $20M+
- 100+ employees between office and field staff

- Lead and manage construction projects related to Life Science, Pharma, and Clean Rooms from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that arise.
- Prepare and deliver regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure quality standards are met in all aspects of the project.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to support ongoing and future business opportunities.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager/Senior Project Manager should have:
- 10+ years of experience in Project Manager role
- Either looking to grow to SPM in next few years or already have SPM title
- Experience running own projects
- Proven experience managing construction projects in Life Science, Pharma, or Clean Room environments. Design Build experience is nice to have but not a must have
- A strong understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.
- Will pay $120,000
- $150,000 for a PM and $150,000
- $180,000 for SPM
