Provides clinical support to the workflows in Community Home Care to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications:

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing or successful completion of sufficient units in Nursing to qualify for state licensure.
• One year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.

• Current California Registered Nurse license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current California Driver License and driving record acceptable to Community Medical Centers.
