Available Shifts- 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday
- 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM, Sunday–Thursday
- 4x10 schedules may be available on select shifts
- Overtime may be required based on production needs
What You’ll Do
As a Production Associate / Machine Operator, you will help keep production running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities may include:
- Operating and monitoring production equipment
- Cross-training on different machines and processes
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed
- Checking products to make sure quality and machine specifications are met
- Identifying and removing non-conforming parts from production
- Reviewing and following manufacturing documents and work instructions
- Reporting equipment, quality, process, or documentation issues to leadership
- Troubleshooting and recovering minor machine faults
- Performing tool changes and assisting with preventive maintenance
- Working around coolants, oils, and other industrial materials
- Supporting other departments as needed
- Performing other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For

- Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operator experience is preferred
- Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
- Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Willingness to cross-train and support multiple work areas
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
