- Shift: Days – 10-hour shifts (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM) with a rotating day off each week; on-call responsibilities (30-minute response time required)
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,710 – $2,920 (competitive pay for travel radiology technologists)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Neuro Interventional Radiology (Neuro IR) required
- Comprehensive stroke experience required — experience in stroke center / stroke imaging
- Current Interventional Radiology Technologist (IR) certification required (e.g., ARRT-IR or equivalent preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist
- Ability to respond to the hospital within 30 minutes when on call (on-call requirement)
- Perform a wide variety of interventional radiology procedures including neuro, vascular, and general IR cases
- Provide critical imaging support as part of a comprehensive stroke care team during acute stroke and neuro emergencies
- Take approximately 12–14 days of on-call shifts per month (call schedule can be discussed and customized)
- Ensure accurate, timely imaging for trauma and stroke patients in a fast-paced Trauma Level II hospital setting
- Operate and maintain IR imaging equipment, ensuring adherence to radiation safety and quality standards
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare staff to deliver excellent patient care
- Work with advanced interventional imaging technology in a high-acuity hospital
