✨ Job Summary:Seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide rehabilitation support in a Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care setting. The COTA will assist patients in improving daily living skills, mobility, and overall independence under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
🔹 Must-Have Skills: ✔ Active Montana COTA License / Certification
âś” Strong patient care and communication skillsâś” Experience in Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care settings
âś” Knowledge of ADL training and therapeutic interventions
âś” Ability to work collaboratively with rehab team
🔹 Experience Required: ✔ Minimum 1 year of COTA experience required
âś” SNF / Long-Term Care experience preferred
🔹 Key Responsibilities:- Provide occupational therapy treatments under OT supervision
- Assist residents with ADLs and functional mobility training
- Implement individualized therapy programs
- Monitor and report patient progress
- Educate patients on adaptive techniques and safety
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
