We are currently locking in interviews for Multi-Craft Technicians who are ready to level up their careers in high-tech, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities
You’re the technician who keeps the floor running. You’re equally comfortable with a multimeter in your hand as you are with a pipe wrench. You don't just "fix" machines—you improve them.
Technical Hit List- Electrical: Master of 480V 3-phase, control circuits, and motor starters.
- Mechanical: Precision repair of conveyors, high-speed gearboxes, and drive systems.
- Fluid Power: Expert troubleshooting of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Digital: Proficiency in CMMS work-order tracking and mobile tech.
- VFDs: Can you "swap and drop" Variable Frequency Drives?
- PLCs: Can you navigate Ladder Logic to find an I/O fault?
- Speed: Experience in high-volume Automotive or Packaging environments.
- Experience: 5–7 years in the industrial trenches.
- Versatility: A true Multi-Craft mindset (Mechanical + Electrical).
- Skills: Expertise with blueprints, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
- Drive: A "Safety First" attitude and a hunger for modern automation.
